ProofPay does not hold money, so we cannot reverse or refund payments. If you were scammed, contact your bank or payment provider right away and report to the authorities.

Report a seller profile

If a profile looks false or misleading, email yarobenjamin5@gmail.com with:

• The seller's ProofPay link
• What happened, with dates
• Any screenshots or receipts

We review every report and may update or remove a profile's evidence.

If you believe your profile was reported unfairly, email us and we'll review it.
